Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules that apply when you access Just One API websites, documentation, developer tools, APIs, and related services.

Last updated: July 13, 2026

Acceptance and scope

These Terms of Service apply to the public website, documentation links, dashboards, APIs, SDKs, MCP resources, and related services presented under the Just One API name (collectively, the Services).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you use the Services for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Our collection and use of information on this public website is described in the Privacy Policy.

Accounts and credentials

Some Services require an account or API token. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping credentials confidential, and controlling access to your account and tokens.

You are responsible for activity performed with your credentials. Contact support promptly if you believe a token or account has been compromised, and rotate affected credentials when the relevant account tools allow it.

Acceptable use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms, the current API documentation, and any restrictions shown for a particular endpoint or account.

  • Do not bypass authentication, permissions, quotas, rate controls, or technical restrictions.
  • Do not disrupt the Services, probe them for vulnerabilities without permission, or use them to distribute malicious code.
  • Do not use data obtained through the Services in a way that violates applicable law, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, or contractual duties.
  • Make sure you have any notices, permissions, or lawful basis required for your collection, storage, analysis, and onward use of data.

API and third-party data

Many API results depend on third-party platforms and real-time collection paths. Data formats, fields, availability, and upstream behavior can change. You are responsible for validating results before relying on them in business, legal, financial, or other consequential decisions.

The Services may link to or interact with third-party websites, platforms, repositories, and communication providers. Their terms and privacy practices apply separately, and Just One API does not control their content or continued availability.

Fees and usage

Current prices, free-trial availability, quotas, and endpoint-specific rules are shown in the Dashboard or documentation. Review those sources before calling an API because the applicable configuration can differ by endpoint and account.

You are responsible for monitoring token usage, account balance, and any token budget or quota settings. Questions about a charge or usage record should be sent to support with the relevant request details, without disclosing credentials in an insecure channel.

Changes and availability

The Services may be updated, limited, suspended, or discontinued as products and upstream platforms change. API version labels identify variants; they do not by themselves promise that a larger version number is newer, better, or permanently available.

We do not promise that every request will succeed or that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular workload. Design integrations with validation, timeouts, bounded retries, logging, and appropriate fallback behavior.

Ownership

Just One API site content, documentation, branding, and software are protected by the rights of their respective owners. Open-source components remain subject to their stated licenses. These terms do not transfer ownership of the Services or third-party data to you.

You retain rights in material you provide to us. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it to evaluate and improve the Services without creating an obligation to implement it.

Responsibility and disclaimers

You use the Services and API results at your own risk. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an as-available basis without warranties beyond any express commitments shown in a separate written agreement.

Each party's responsibility and liability remain subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement. You are responsible for your integration, data handling, downstream decisions, and compliance obligations.

Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or suspended when reasonably necessary to address a terms violation, security risk, unpaid usage, harm to the Services or third parties, or a legal requirement. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Terms that by their nature should continue after access ends, including provisions about ownership, responsibility, and accrued payment obligations, will continue to apply.

Updates and contact

We may revise these terms as the Services change. The date at the top shows the latest posted version. Material questions about a revision should be raised before continuing to use the affected Service.

For questions about these terms, contact support@justoneapi.com or use the contact page.
